Apply
This form does nothing. It exists so the page has a query string worth
stripping: yupkit records the PATH a consent was given on and parses the
query away, because a link like
/apply.html?email=someone@example.com is exactly how
personal data ends up somewhere nobody meant to put it.
Submitting puts your answers in the address bar and nowhere else. Then look at the consent record on the cookie policy page: the path is there, the query string is not.
